  • Acceptance of Policy: It is not necessary for any Client to have signed an acceptance of these terms and conditions for them to apply. If a Client accepts a quote or releases the invoice payment then the Client will be deemed to have satisfied themselves as to the terms applying and have accepted these terms and conditions in full.

    General Policy: Clients to ensure that we have included all requirements in the quotes/proposals/estimates and that we fully understand their requirements. Clients must provide us with clear guidelines along with the flow or specific details they may require. When such details are not provided, we will proceed with our understanding of the requirements and quote accordingly. At a later stage, if a discrepancy arises, it may lead to additional costs to accommodate the changes. Thus, it is essential that you clarify every aspect of your website development and ensure that you have been quoted on the right requirements.

    Whilst every endeavor will be made to ensure that the website and any scripts or programs are free of errors, Amphy Technolabs cannot accept responsibility for any losses incurred due to malfunction, the website or any part of it.

    For Website Designing or Mobile App Development, client will have to provide all the content and images to be used in project. If any delay is made from client side for any required image or content then project completion deadline will increase accordingly and as per availability of developers/designers.

    Refund Policy: If the work is not started then we will provide 85% Refund of the amount we have received within 20 Days of written refund notice from client.

    Once work is started then no refund will be given at any stage.

    If any client files dispute then the refund will be made as mentioned in the refund policy and any dispute charges that incur to Amphy Technolabs will be taken from the refund amount.

    If the client decides they no longer want the site due to any reason, as they have commissioned the work and paid a deposit they are still obliged to pay for the work that has been done. Non-payment will result in legal action being taken if necessary.
